Background & Objective

LEN is a boutique consultancy firm specializing in the food service, franchise and hospitality industries. LEN has worked with clients to develop successful restaurant, franchise and hospitality businesses, conduct operational reviews, feasibility studies, market research, corporate restructuring, strategic planning, master planning, valuations and litigation support.

To assist our clients in achieving this goal, we provide services through the design and construction phases until your business is on a stable footing.
